Senior Front Desk Executive – Edge Healthcare

Location: Orchard
Full-Time

Edge Healthcare is a dynamic, patient-focused physiotherapy and osteopathy clinic with multiple locations in Singapore. We’re seeking a highly organised, friendly and experienced Senior Front Desk Executive to help manage day-to-day clinic operations, provide an exceptional patient experience, and support a growing team of healthcare professionals.

Job Description & Responsibilities

As a Senior Front Desk Executive, your duties will include—but are not limited to—the following core areas:

Reception & Communication

  • Greet all patients and visitors warmly and professionally
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages promptly
  • Manage enquiries about services, pricing, and availability
  • Notify practitioners of patient arrivals and updates
  • Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and ad hoc correspondence on behalf of the clinic

Appointment & Patient Management

  • Register new patients and verify information accurately
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
  • Maintain and update practitioners’ calendars daily
  • Ensure timely follow-up bookings and diary optimisation

Financial & Administrative Duties

  • Process patient payments and maintain daily payment records
  • Generate payment summaries and reports for end-of-day reconciliation
  • Support general administrative tasks such as filing, document scanning, and clerical duties

Facility & Inventory Management

  • Oversee the presentation and cleanliness of the reception and common areas
  • Ensure accurate room allocation and preparation for each practitioner
  • Monitor clinic stock levels and assist with supply orders as needed ‍

Leadership & Operational Support

  • Support onboarding and training of new front desk staff
  • Assist the clinic manager in daily operations and oversight
  • Manage escalated patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Offer feedback on improving workflows and front desk efficiency
  • Stay informed of best practices and industry standards to help enhance patient satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a front desk or administrative role in healthcare
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and appointment scheduling tools
  • High attention to detail, polished appearance, and a warm, patient-centric attitude
