We’re Hiring: Account and Admin Assistant (Full-Time)
Join our team at a well-established toy distributor in Singapore! We’re looking for a meticulous, proactive, and Excel-proficient Account and Admin Assistant to support our Finance and Operations teams. This role combines accounting support with inventory control and logistics coordination .
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Maintain accurate sales records for accounts receivable and monthly reconciliation
- Support inventory control by monitoring stock movement and reconciling inventory records
- Assist in coordinating local logistics arrangements
- Prepare and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations across departments
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of accounting, admin, or operations support experience
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis required)
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask
- Experience with inventory and logistics processes is an advantage
