We are currently expanding and looking to hire a Corporate Service Manager under our Managed Services arm.
Responsiblities
- Take ownership and manage a portfolio of clients.
- Be responsible for client management, client retention and driving the managed service business i.e Accounting, Tax and Corporate Secretarial works.
- Oversee, assist and drive the preparation and coordination of managed service deadlines and deliverables to client satisfactory and satisfying ACRA (Bizfile) and IRAS requirement.
- Solutioning together with Partner and team members.
- Independently communicate with new clients and coming out with solutions, scope and fees after understanding client requirement.
- Liaise with statutory bodies, banks and other third-party business partners as and when required
- Manage and build client relationships by being a rounded business advisor , especially in areas of Corporate Secretarial works, Accounting and Tax.
- Other incidental work as assigned from time to time
- Support and coach new joiners.
- Other adhoc responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities
- Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting, finance and some corporate secretarial experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;
- Knowledge of Companies Act, procedures and guidelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good client servicing skills and strong problem-solving skills
- Good organisational & interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines
- Proactive and a good team player
- Flexible and adaptable in various working styles
- Preferably ACCA/CA/CPA qualified
