Operations Manager
CLEANSE & TREND BEAUTY SALON 2000

Individual to be involved in:
1. Oversee day-to-day salon operations including scheduling, staff deployment, and client services
2. Maintain high standards of customer service, handle escalated customer complaints, monitor and respond to client feedback to improve services
3. Monitor daily revenue, service sales, and retail product performance
4. Manage product inventory levels and liaise with suppliers for orders and promotions
5. Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and functional
6. Collaborate on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and social media engagement
7. Drive customer retention and new client acquisition strategies
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. Manage daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, client flow, and service quality
2. Lead, motivate, and support salon staffs to maintain service standards
3. Monitor customer experience and handle feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally
4. Ensure compliance and safety standards at all times
5. Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supplier relationships
6. Track sales performance and implement strategies to improve service and company flow
7. Work on promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement activities
8. Analyze operational reports and prepare management updates and recommendations
