Your Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer (Hunter Role) to join our team in the precision engineering sector. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives on building new customer relationships and closing sales in a technical B2B environment.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and delivering customized solutions in the precision component manufacturing space.
Your Calling
- Actively hunt for new business opportunities and accounts in relevant industries
- Generate leads, conduct cold calls, and follow up on inquiries and referrals
- Conduct regular client visits to understand requirements and promote capabilities
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to develop tailored solutions
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Track and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Your Success Factors
- Min. Diploma Holder in Precision/Manufacturing Engineering or similar field
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience in Precision Engineering or related field advantageous
- Have experience in using ERP Systems advantageous
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal hunger for success and communication skills
- Initiative and results driven
- Entry level candidate are welcome
