Project Executive / Construction Industry / Central

Our client is from Construction industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Project Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Centrea area.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the company’s management system complies with ISO 9001, and other relevant ISO standards.
• Support the preparation, updating, and distribution of the company’s QEHS procedures and documents.
• Maintain and update records and document control registers for the management system.
• Coordinate internal audit schedules and assist with tracking audit results and follow-up actions.
• Liaise with external auditors for certifications and audits
• Assist management on matters related to workplace safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Work closely with consultants on sustainability reports for projects.
• Organize annual management review meetings and prepare related reports and presentations.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Degree in bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / construction or equivalent
• Min 3 years relevant working experience with project management
• Certified in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 Internal Auditing will be an advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of quality, environmental, and workplace safety regulations and practices.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
