Be Part of Our Success
- Respond to user queries via phone, email, ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
- Provide step-by-step instructions to users to resolve technical problems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
- Log all help desk interactions in the ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and update software and computer systems.
- Assist with setting up new users and maintaining existing user accounts.
- Monitor IT systems and respond to alerts as needed.
- Follow up with users to ensure full resolution of issues.
· Operate in 3 shift over 24x7 hours, include holiday.
Qualities We Value
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- 1+ year of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, and common enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
