  • Respond to user queries via phone, email, ticketing systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Provide step-by-step instructions to users to resolve technical problems.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
  • Log all help desk interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Install, configure, and update software and computer systems.
  • Assist with setting up new users and maintaining existing user accounts.
  • Monitor IT systems and respond to alerts as needed.
  • Follow up with users to ensure full resolution of issues.

· Operate in 3 shift over 24x7 hours, include holiday.



Qualities We Value

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • 1+ year of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, and common enterprise applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
