Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries, provide quotations, and update service status
  • Coordinate with customers and freight forwarders to ensure timely collection and delivery of equipment
  • Open RMA cases and register incoming items for calibration and repair
  • Prepare shipping documents and book overseas freight shipments
  • Monitor and follow up on overseas transshipments to ensure timely processing

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Diploma or equivalent certification
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Enjoys working in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent written and telephone communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office , especially Excel
  • Experience with Oracle or SAP ERP systems is a strong advantage
