Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries, provide quotations, and update service status
- Coordinate with customers and freight forwarders to ensure timely collection and delivery of equipment
- Open RMA cases and register incoming items for calibration and repair
- Prepare shipping documents and book overseas freight shipments
- Monitor and follow up on overseas transshipments to ensure timely processing
Qualifications & Skills :
- Diploma or equivalent certification
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Enjoys working in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent written and telephone communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office , especially Excel
- Experience with Oracle or SAP ERP systems is a strong advantage
