Key Responsibilities of Accounting Office Employees:

  • Overseeing administrative functions, such as managing office supplies, maintaining records, and handling communication.
  • Managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
  • Processing documents, filing records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Providing administrative assistance to colleagues, including answering queries and handling administrative tasks.
