About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Operations Manager to support our loan processing and administrative functions. This role involves coordinating with clients, funders, lawyers, and internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end handling of financing transactions. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage banking transactions and maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Google Sheets)
  • Process incoming payments and allocate to invoices and investors appropriately
  • Prepare and issue invoices, payment receipts, and statements of account
  • Draft and generate loan documents with a given template provided
  • Purchase company and property documents from platforms such as ACRA, SLA, and EIS
  • Coordinate with investors on participation structure
  • Liaise with clients to remind and follow up on due payments
  • Arrange and attend client signings, either virtually (Zoom) or on-site with legal representatives
  • Coordinate with brokers and collect required documentation for compliance
  • Support ad-hoc administrative, operational, and client-facing duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in operations, admin, legal, or finance support preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Willing to travel for on-site client appointments when required

  • Familiarity with legal or loan documentation
  • Experience working in a lending, brokerage, or legal environment
