- Minimum 7 years of experience in Automic Automation (UC4) or a comparable job scheduling/workflow automation system .
- Proven expertise in designing and developing complex workflows using Automic Automation Engine (UC4) .
- Hands-on experience in processing service requests related to job scheduling and automation.
- Ability to advise IT service owners as a subject matter expert in workflow automation .
- Strong working knowledge of Unix, Java, and Shell scripting .
- Solid understanding of IT operations and related processes .
- Experience with technical requirements analysis , project planning , and coordination .
- Familiarity with and practical experience in Change & Release Management and Incident Management .
