Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in patients’ appointment bookings, payment and housekeeping of the clinic
  • Assist in the registration of patients and update patients’ registration information and process registration records in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Perform relevant clinical tasks to ensure a high level of operational efficiency
  • Any other responsibilities & tasks assigned by Clinic Supervisor / Operations Executives / Operations Manager.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Adhere to the policies, procedures, standards protocols in the organization
  • Communication between staff, patient and team
  • 100% accuracy in billing
  • 100% accuracy in clinical measurements or medical errors (E.g. Measures the number of times mistake is made in the medication, patient, or dosage)
  • Meet the target turnaround time for patient’s experience in clinic
  • Overall patient satisfaction
  • Number of mistake events
  • Patient Follow-Up (To measure the number of patients who receive follow-up after their visit to the clinic)

Key Skills:

  • Proficient in Excel and Words
  • Meticulous and comfortable with numbers
  • Possess excellent phone etiquette and client service abilities to interact with patients, nurses and physicians

Qualifications:

  • Experience : 1 to 2 years relevant experience
