Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and public events, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives and translating them into compelling event experiences.
  • Work with the design and production teams to develop unique concepts and experiences tailored to client briefs.
  • Source, negotiate with, and manage third-party suppliers and partners (e.g., venues, decorators, caterers, AV teams).
  • Supervise event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring smooth operations and prompt troubleshooting.
  • Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Lead debriefs, generate reports, and capture key learnings for future projects.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members or freelance support staff during peak project periods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end event planning and execution, preferably in both corporate and public event settings.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to deadlines, budgets, and quality control.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to interpret and deliver on client objectives.
  • Strong creative sensibility with experience contributing to ideation and event conceptualization.
  • Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing external vendors and service providers.
  • Hands-on experience in on-site event management, with the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and logistical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot in real-time.
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
