About Us:
Tysen-KLD is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives in the rapidly expanding new energy sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating and implementing sales strategies to enhance the company's market presence in Southeast Asia, boost revenue growth, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the renewable energy market.


Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and expand market share in new energy technologies, including PV power generation, energy storage systems, and EV charging solutions.

• Market Analysis: Understand renewable energy industry and able to conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and product offerings.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and engineering teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

• International Expansion: Support the company’s global strategy by identifying and pursuing opportunities in international markets, establishing partnerships, and navigating local regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the energy sector, with a focus on new energy technologies preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the new energy market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
