Job Description

  • Attends customer’s complaints, enquires on quality related matters
  • Investigate and analysis of customer complaints and follow-up with the relevant departments to ensure that they are addressed and closed in a timely manner
  • Co-ordinate customer’s requests for products in mass production
  • Attend quality reviews and presentations as and when required to by the customers
  • Monitor and manager product quality performance and submit review report to Management periodically
  • Study and improve production quality yield for each status of sample

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in similar role
  • Self-motivated, innovative, dynamic and team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and willing to perform overtime
  • Candidate with no working experience is also welcome to apply
