Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing schedules, facilitating communication, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events; prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor, screen, and respond to incoming communications including emails and phone calls.
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation.
  • Provide support in project management and special assignments as required.
  • Coordinate office management activities to support the executive team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
