Project Manager – RTM

Role Summary

The client is searching for a potential candidate within the tech team who can manage the RGM and may extend to the RTM portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of RTM projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective RTM models.
• Monitor project performance and report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization within RTM strategies

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology or relevant fields.
• At least 7 -10 years of consulting experience, having led pricing and promo projects, including digital solution deployments. (or data analytical related projects).
• Very strong commercial business acumen, especially in the pricing and promo domain (consumer pricing and channel pricing), with decent knowledge of RTM.
• Good knowledge of technology, data, and change management to orchestrate end-to-end projects by uniting efforts from business, vendors, and the global tech team. They should be able to dive into details to identify issue when the project faces challenges.
• Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to quickly connect the dots and drive projects to achieve milestones.
• High potential within your company, demonstrating fast learning, resilience, and diligent efforts to achieve milestones with minimal guidance.
• Proficiency in documentation.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• FMCG background is preferred.
