Monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and make real-time decisions to avoid delays.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, legal requirements, and building codes.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and ensure adherence to specifications.
Lead project meetings and provide clear communication with team members, clients, and vendors.
Prepare and present regular project status reports, including updates on budget, schedule, and risk management.
Evaluate performance of contractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
Implement best practices in project management, construction techniques, and environmental sustainability.
