Roles & Responsibilities


Job Description


  • To provide administrative support HR & Admin & Finance to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, updated and accurate manner; but not limit to organizing filing system for important and confidential company documents and answer enquires
  • Answer, screen (filter) and transfer inbound phone calls
  • Open and distribute letter box, read and reply e-mails, record incoming and outgoing mails daily
  • Purchasing and managing office supplies stock (stationery,pantry supplies,PPE, uniforms, ART kits, facemask, etc)
  • Issuance of PR/PO and receiving of orders
  • Support ingeneral office administration
  • Training/course registration
  • Initiate arrangements for medical checkups and purchase of security bonds as needed
  • Source for training courses and enrollment as approved
  • Manage workers’ dormitories issues, i.e check-in/out, sourcing for new dorm, etc
  • Record workers’ leave records and investigate questionable attendance
  • Manage workers’ PIPO and payroll preparation
  • Keeping all the above data up-to-date
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties that are assigned


Job Requirement


  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in HR related function
  • Diploma or Degree in related Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to work independently with good analytical skill and resourcefulness
  • Good communications skill
  • Passionate and driven
  • Ability to handles sensitive and confidential information with complete descretion
