4-Month Internship / Part-Time Position

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Manage front desk duties, including greeting and assisting visitors upon arrival.
  • Provide quality customer service by handling phone calls, attending to walk-in clients, and responding to email inquiries.
  • Update and follow up on Delivery Orders, Service Reports, and Mock-Up Lists.
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations as needed.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in work.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • No prior work experience required.
