4-Month Internship / Part-Time Position
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting and assisting visitors upon arrival.
- Provide quality customer service by handling phone calls, attending to walk-in clients, and responding to email inquiries.
- Update and follow up on Delivery Orders, Service Reports, and Mock-Up Lists.
- Support day-to-day administrative operations as needed.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in work.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- No prior work experience required.
