Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operational activities of the store, ensuring the prompt and accurate packing of picklists and BOMs
  • Manage store inventory, ensuring that items are stored in an easy to access manners (depending on the frequency usage of the items) and comply to safety regulations
  • Practice FIFO for chemicals, ensuring that team members follow
  • Conduct and assists on monthly cycle count and manage inventory discrepancies
  • Ensure the store environment is clean, tidy, well-organized, and compliant with safety and housekeeping standards
  • Supervise and mentor store staff, providing guidance and support for their daily tasks
  • Train new employees on store processes and procedures
  • Supervise and participate in the receiving, inspection, and sorting of incoming goods
  • Pick, pack, and label for both incoming and outgoing goods
  • Maintain and service of warehouse tools, equipment, and machinery
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Warehouse/inventory management
  • Proficient in MS Office software
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Fast and have a high sense of urgency
  • Honest, hardworking, and responsible
  • Possess positive work attitude and willing to learn
  • Ability to adjust work hours occasionally to accommodate urgent tasks or deadline
