Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operational activities of the store, ensuring the prompt and accurate packing of picklists and BOMs
- Manage store inventory, ensuring that items are stored in an easy to access manners (depending on the frequency usage of the items) and comply to safety regulations
- Practice FIFO for chemicals, ensuring that team members follow
- Conduct and assists on monthly cycle count and manage inventory discrepancies
- Ensure the store environment is clean, tidy, well-organized, and compliant with safety and housekeeping standards
- Supervise and mentor store staff, providing guidance and support for their daily tasks
- Train new employees on store processes and procedures
- Supervise and participate in the receiving, inspection, and sorting of incoming goods
- Pick, pack, and label for both incoming and outgoing goods
- Maintain and service of warehouse tools, equipment, and machinery
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Warehouse/inventory management
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Fast and have a high sense of urgency
- Honest, hardworking, and responsible
- Possess positive work attitude and willing to learn
- Ability to adjust work hours occasionally to accommodate urgent tasks or deadline
