Receptionist cum Sales Consultant (Tampines)

Key Responsibilities:

️ Reception Duties

• Greet and attend to walk-in clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records
• Process payments, issue receipts, and handle daily cash reconciliation
Ensure the reception area and consultation rooms are clean and well-maintained

Sales Consultant Duties

• Understand and promote TCM treatments, packages, and wellness products
• Provide personalized treatment recommendations based on clients' needs
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to close sales
• Meet monthly sales and conversion targets
• Educate clients on benefits and outcomes of TCM services
• Maintain a good relationship with clients to encourage retention and referrals

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or sales role (clinic/spa/healthcare background preferred)
• Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident, motivated, and sales-driven personality
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)
• Basic knowledge of TCM is an advantage (training will be provided)
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays if required
