WSH Coordinator (Contract|Reclamation|Pulau Tekong)

About our client : The company provides construction services, with a focus on general contracting and heavy construction projects.

About the role :

• Responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing safety-related issues at the site.
• Ensure all site works adhere to safety rules and safe work practices as well as safety legislation.
• Liaise with different departments on all safety and health matters.
• Identify any situation that is potentially unsafe and/or hazardous in nature, provide feedback to the Superior and team, investigate and recommend any corrective actions.
• Responsible for keeping records of safety-related matters and recommendation/administration of corrective measures at the site.
• Able to handle the safety documentation such as Method of Statement, Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedure, etc.
• Assist the Superior in performing evaluations of safety policies, methods, and programs.
• Organizes safety training for site employees.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

About you:

• Certified with WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years experience in the reclamation projects.
• Proficient in MS Office & Outlook.

Other:

• Work location: Pulau Tekong (pick-up transport provided)
• Work hours: Monday to Saturday (7am to 7pm)
• Contract duration: 6 - 8 months (depends on the project needs)
