Inventory and Events Coordinator

Responsibilities

Retail & Inventory Support

• Track and manage weekly store restocks
• Receive, label, and prepare finished goods for store and website
• Maintain inventory records and restock lists (Google Sheets, Shopify)
• Support store operations and backstock organization

Production Coordination

• Liaise with Production Manager on restock priorities
• Maintain production and finishing trackers
• Flag low materials or delays to ensure readiness
• Prepare internal inventory for launches and reorders

Stockist Operations

• Maintain accurate stockist inventory sheets
• Prepare, pack, and tag stockist restocks
• Coordinate delivery and replenishment schedules
• Support stockist merchandising preparation

Event Execution (e.g. retail pop up)

• Own inventory prep, packing, and reconciliation before/after events
• Maintain event checklists and display kit readiness
• Coordinate setup logistics, team shifts, and on-site flow
• Support with teardown and restocking post-event

Must-Have Experience & Skills

You must meet all of the following to be considered:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail ops, inventory coordination, or event logistics

• Strong fluency in Google Sheets or Excel — this is a daily tool

• Excellent attention to detail and process-oriented mindset

• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams

• Comfortable with physical tasks (packing, stock handling, tagging)

• Able to work independently, track progress, and follow through

Bonus (Not Required, But a Plus)

• Familiarity with Shopify admin or POS systems
• Experience working on retail events or pop-ups
