Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Seeburger BIS (Business Integration Suite)
- Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor EDI transactions and ensure successful data exchanges.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand and address their EDI needs.
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in EDI technology and Seeburger BIS.
- Work as part of a global EDI support team, ensuring seamless support across different time zones and regions.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of EDI concepts and standards (e.g., EDIFACT, ANSI X12).
- Experience with Seeburger BIS or similar EDI platforms (not mandatory).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an (EDI) support role.
- Knowledge of other integration technologies and protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP, SFTP).
