Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Seeburger BIS (Business Integration Suite)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor EDI transactions and ensure successful data exchanges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand and address their EDI needs.
  • Document support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in EDI technology and Seeburger BIS.
  • Work as part of a global EDI support team, ensuring seamless support across different time zones and regions.


Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of EDI concepts and standards (e.g., EDIFACT, ANSI X12).
  • Experience with Seeburger BIS or similar EDI platforms (not mandatory).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an (EDI) support role.
  • Knowledge of other integration technologies and protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP, SFTP).
