We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead a critical HR/Payroll system implementation project across Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines . Currently, each country operates with separate payroll systems that do not integrate efficiently with SAP SuccessFactors , clients Global HR Information System (HRIS). This project aims to unify the systems into a single regional Payroll platform , fully integrated with SuccessFactors, to streamline operations, reduce manual entry, and ensure legal and compliance alignment across all three countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end payroll system consolidation project for Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
- Ensure the new system meets local payroll regulations , business needs, and integrates effectively with SAP SuccessFactors .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, Compliance) across the three countries to gather requirements, manage change, and drive adoption.
- Define and manage the project plan , including scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget tracking.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) , training, data migration, and go-live support across the region.
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 8 years of project management experience , with a strong focus on HR and Payroll system implementations in a regional or multi-country context.
- Proven experience integrating payroll systems with SAP SuccessFactors or other global HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory and compliance requirements in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines .
- Excellent stakeholder engagement , communication, and change management skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and cross-border teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- PMP , Prince2 , or equivalent certification preferred.
