- Oversee daily schedules and performances of all performing artists.
- Ensure all shows run smoothly, on time, and according to plan.
- Assign roles, sets, and performance slots to artists.
- Act as the main point of contact between management and artists.
- Handle conflicts, provide guidance and support to performers.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new performing artists.
- Maintain performance logs, artist schedules, and feedback records.
- Observe crowd engagement and suggest improvements to enhance entertainment value.
- Address customer feedback regarding performances when necessary.
- recruitment worker for company when needed
- must be able to speak either english or chinese and able to work from 6pm to 3am.
