E-commerce & Operations Executive

Melashoppe is a growing consumer electronics business specializing in mobile phones, tablets, and smartwatches. We serve both retail and B2B customers, operating online and in-store. We’re seeking a reliable and motivated team member to support daily operations and contribute to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to customer enquiries through online chat, phone, and in-store

• Handle order fulfilment, packing and inventory updates

• Create and maintain product listings on our website and platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Carousell

• Assist with marketing efforts such as promotions and content

• Basic photo taking and editing of products

• Contribute to process improvement and business growth ideas
  

Requirements:

• Fresh grads, poly grads, or candidates with relevant work experience welcome

• Able to work on Sundays (5-day work week, 2 days off)

• Proficient in spoken and written English

• Responsible, initiative-driven, and willing to learn

• Comfortable using ecommerce platforms and digital tools

• Bonus if you speak Mandarin/Malay, have experience in retail/ecommerce, interested in consumer electronics (phones, tablets, wearables etc)

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Work Days: 5-day work week (including Sundays; 2 days off)

Working Hours: 11am-8pm
Salary: SGD 3,200 – 3,800/month
