Sales cum customer Services

We are looking for a proactive, caring and patient Sales and Customer Service Administrator to support our sales team and ensure excellent customer service in the consulting industry.

Main Responsibilities:
Sales Management:

Follow up Facebook, customer referrals and customers who develop new channels as well as close and follow-up services

Qualifications
Business Administration, or a diploma/degree in a related field.

More than two years of experience in sales support or customer service in the training industry.

Provide on-the-job training.

Have excellent organizational and communication skills.

Desirable traits:
Caring, patient, good at learning, obedient to management, proactive, like to help others, and have the ability to solve problems independently. Have a team spirit.
