Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicates project updates and progress to stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Quality Control:
Ensures that the project meets quality standards and complies with building codes and regulations.
Safety Compliance:
Ensures that the project site is safe and that all safety regulations are followed.
Problem Solving:
Identifies and resolves project problems, including cost overruns, schedule delays, and quality issues.
