Junior Quantity Surveyor

JOB DESCRIPTION

• manages and prepares the cost estimates for the construction projects.
• Assist in contract Administration and Management Cost Control analysis and vetting of contract
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.
• Able to work independently ,and able to do multi task work
• Office-based and will go on several site visits.

REQUIREMENT

• Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
• Candidate with good experience in contractual administration will be considered
• Familar with Aluminium and glazing works will be preferred
