Director

Working Week: 5.5 days

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday

Saturday: 9 am to 1 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective management and execution of business processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets in Singapore.

• Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes and achieving objectives for sales and profitability.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to generate new business

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances within the shipbuilding industry.

• Recruit, hire, and develop talent to support business growth.

Job Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in the ship or manufacturing testing industry with an established network of executive relationships and the ability to deliver complex testing projects.

• Consistent and proven track record working as a Technical and Business Manager in the last 10 years.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Marine and shipbuilding industry with a focus on Technical Testing works.

• Strong leadership and people management Skills.

• Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
