Job Description:

We are a growing Japanese F&B group seeking a dedicated and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our ramen outlets in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties
  • Supervise and train floor staff to maintain high service standards
  • Ensure food hygiene and service quality are in line with company standards
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with the kitchen and suppliers for stock management
  • Prepare daily sales reports and assist with basic administrative tasks
  • Work closely with the HQ team to meet operational goals

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in managing a restaurant (Japanese cuisine or ramen concept preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Proficiency in English (basic Japanese understanding is a plus)

Working Hours & Conditions:

  • 6-day work week (including weekends and public holidays)
  • Working hours may vary depending on shift and operational needs

Salary:

SGD 4,000 – 5,000 per month , commensurate with experience and capability

Work Location:

Multiple locations (to be assigned based on availability and operational needs)
