Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting:

• Deliver accurate and timely consolidated financial reports to management and stakeholders.

• Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, bankers, company secretary, and other financial stakeholders.
  

• Group Consolidation:

• Review subsidiaries' accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidations of financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) during consolidation.
  

• Analysis & Business Partnering:

• Analyze financial results to identify trends and variances, and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with teams to enhance reporting processes and data quality.

• Partner with business teams to explain variances and assist in forecasting and budgeting.
  

Requirements

• Strong experience in financial reporting, group consolidation, and analysis.

• Proficiency in accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
