Sales Executive – Engineer

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project-based sales targets.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, electrical contractors, and other key clients.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and lead generation.
4. Conduct product presentations, site visits, and meetings to promote our lighting solutions.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, marketing) to ensure effective sales support.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments.
7. Manage sales pipeline, track progress, and report sales performance.
8. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
9. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
*Requirements:*
1. Class 3 licence.
2. Strong understanding of lighting products, technologies, and industry trends.
3. Proven sales track record, with a focus on project-based sales.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
*Nice to Have:*
1. Experience working with main contractors and electrical contractors.
2. Knowledge of lighting design software (e.g., AGi32, Dialux).
3. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., IES, ASHRAE).
