Mechanical Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on production, packaging, and critical utility systems (compressed air, steam, refrigeration, water treatment).
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance, including general mechanical tasks such as welding, basic electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Install new equipment and calibrate process instruments (e.g., tank load cells, fillers).
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Coordinate with external vendors and support equipment improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and OHSAS standards under the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Manage engineering tools and equipment, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
