Job Description

• Quantity take-off , sourcing for suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Prepare and analyse sub-contractor and supplier quotation.
• Prepare and submission of progress claims and sub-contractor claims.
• Identify and initiate claim for variations to contract.
• Administer contract to ensure compliance and conformance.
• Resolve dispute with stake holders and finalization of project account; and
• Participate in tender with duties to be dedicated by team leader.
• Proven track record in leading tender for building projects.
• Pricing and costing for tender .
• Proven track records in handling project from inception until final account .

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Candidate with adequate experience may be considered for senior role.
• Knowledge of Standard Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS)
• Knowledge in contract law and SOP Act.
