Safety Control & Crew Management Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Control & Crew Management Specialist to oversee EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and manage offshore operational teams. The successful candidate will ensure that all offshore activities comply with maritime safety standards while maintaining team discipline, work efficiency, and crew rotation planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety Management:

• Implement and enforce the company's EHS policies and procedures in all offshore operations.
• Conduct regular vessel safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and proactively prevent safety incidents.
• Supervise safety protocols during major equipment repairs and emergency interventions.
• Organize and deliver periodic safety training sessions to enhance the team's safety awareness and operational skills.

Crew Management:

• Develop and execute crew rotation and rest schedules in compliance with operational requirements.
• Monitor crew discipline, conduct, and performance to ensure a professional and orderly working environment.
Assist in handling personnel matters to maintain team efficiency and resolve disciplinary issues as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Maritime Safety Management, Crew Management, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in crew management or shipyard/maritime operations
• Familiar with EHS policies and offshore safety standards
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• High sense of responsibility and professional ethics
Able to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
