Hardware Manager (Wireless/PCB Design)

Job Title: Manager – Wireless Development
Industry: Electronics / IoT / Wireless Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership on product roadmap and specifications.
• Lead a team of hardware engineers through product development to factory release.
• Act as project manager to ensure timely delivery of wireless hardware projects.
• Oversee hardware design: schematics, PCB layout, and BOM creation.
• Ensure compliance with CE, FCC, and other certifications.
• Coordinate product transfer to manufacturing and release documentation (datasheets, app notes, etc.).
• Maintain infrastructure: test tools, systems, and related software.
• Provide engineering support to customers and field teams.

Requirements:

• Degree or Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Experience in wireless hardware/product design/smart or IoT device development
• 5 years in a team or project leadership role.
