IT Officer: System Quality Analyst

To support vessel performance monitoring and operational efficiency through system management and data analysis, while also assisting office users with issues related to the Shipnet and Eye Share platforms.

➢ Assist and trouble shoot the error faced by Office personal in case of any issues with Shipnet and Eye Share Application.

➢ Raise cases, Co-ordinate, keep track and implement the fix suggested by the Shipnet Consulting team and Eye share Support team

➢ Participate and involve in feature improvement/ enhancement activities pertaining to the 2 software (Shipnet & Eye share) to make the software more user friendly,

➢ Creating patterns and monitor Eye Share Capture for any stuck invoices and rectify the issue.

➢ Provide support to the vendors in case of any issues being faced by them related to supplier portals.

➢ Handling data to produce LUB Oil monitoring and vessel analysis reports,

➢ Handling data related to Vessel Performance for all Container vessels on every month.

➢ Generating Ship certificate Due dates and providing these outlined details to all the SI's every month for their easy reference.

➢ Generating open reports status and providing these outlined details to all the SI's every month for their quick review.

➢ Coordinate with Vessel and vendor and Handle vessel requisition. Make arrangements of spare parts, stores and Lube Oils for assigned vessel.

➢ Prepares Courier/FedEx orders for shipment including all associated paperwork, recordkeeping, and labeling of assigned vessels.

➢ Clear invoices on time with accurate details for the assigned vessel.

➢ Participate in preparation of Annual Reports, Dry Dock reports of assigned vessels.

➢ Participate in the Budget and Quarterly statement preparation of the assigned vessel in CELF.
