• 3+ years in commercial kitchens (experience with Mala = big bonus)
• Calm under pressure, clear communicator, team-first mindset
• You’re organized, solution-oriented, and confident leading a team

• Location: In-person at our central outlet (easy MRT access)
• Working Days: Choose your balance – 5, 5.5 or 6-day work week
• Shift: Includes a 90-minute daily break
• Salary: Competitive base + AWS (13th-month) + Performance Bonus
2 staff meals per shift, annual salary review, clear promotion path, and ongoing training
