Senior/Hardware Engineer (PCB Design)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop analog/digital PCBs for embedded systems, sensors, power, and comms modules.
• Create and review schematics and layouts using CAD tools (Cadence, OrCAD).
• Perform simulations, prototyping, and lab testing.
• Select components based on system and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with firmware/software teams for system integration.
• Support DFM and DFT during manufacturing handoff.
• Document designs and troubleshoot issues across the development cycle.
• Optional: FPGA design and development depending on profile.
• High current/low voltage PWM PSUs, high-speed digital, signal/power integrity
• CAD tools, simulation software, FPGA toolchain
• Python, C, NetBeans, Mercurial

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Hands-on hardware design experience (internship or professional)
• Familiarity with C/Python and technical English fluency
• Proactive, curious, and team-oriented mindset
• 2+ years in hardware design (for Senior level)
• Experience with FPGA, power electronics, and high-speed communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet, SerDes)
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC, signal integrity, and test equipment
• Exposure to the full product development lifecycle
