The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. About the Team: The Shopee Regional Marketing Campaigns team drives commercial success on Shopee and Shopee Mall. We manage end-to-end campaign execution, including Mall campaigns, Brand campaigns, and major platform-wide events like Double Digit campaigns. Through frequent analysis, we optimise performance and efficiency, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Apart from this, we lead strategic projects that drive commercial impact and operational efficiencies aimed at continuously refining our approach to stay competitive in the evolving e-commerce landscape
Job Description:
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of major campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering high-impact results
  • Cross-functional collaboration with regional and local stakeholders (including Product Managers, Marketing Teams, Business Intelligence Teams) to prepare for campaigns and ensure system stability
  • Collaborate closely with local teams to consolidate and assess monthly campaign targets, understand local marketing strategies and key campaign objectives
  • Support campaign days by actively monitoring performance metrics and budgets to ensure optimal results
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, regularly monitor platform initiatives and work with local teams to review campaign initiatives and identify areas to drive growth
  • Analyze campaign and platform data to generate insights, track KPIs, and prepare reports to guide continuous improvement
  • Support ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience
  • Strong numerical abilities - comfortable with handling large amounts of data and proficient in advanced formulas
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation, alongside attention to detail
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
  • Good communication skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work occasional overnight shifts and weekends during peak campaign periods. Additional hours will be compensated accordingly.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, demonstrating strong project management skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
