Job Description
Job Scope:
To provide end to end planning, direction and coordination of the entire additive manufacturing process.
Key tasks: AM Manufacturing operations:
Forefront AM is working in close collaboration with industry partners to offer AM services and solutions right from design to assembly in 3D printed high precision parts, conformal cooling channel inserts, assembly jigs and fixtures, prototypes, and medical devices – orthoses and prostheses. We enable our customers to gain market share by lowering manufacturing costs and reducing the time to market by our value added functional product design and additive manufacturing products, assemblies and services. Job Scope:
To provide end to end planning, direction and coordination of the entire additive manufacturing process.
Key tasks: AM Manufacturing operations:
- Check design and drawing’s specifications are correct and according to customers’ specifications
- To prepare work piece set-up for 3D printing according to work instruction
- To manage 3D printing machines, ensure machines are well maintained and good house-keeping and observe safety rules
- To handle the recycle materials and ensure materials are within quality specifications
- To ensure traceability of drawings, machines are well utilized to captured maximum unmanned utilization hours
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering discipline or its equivalent technical certificate with minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the different additive manufacturing process and the fundamental mechanisms of operation.
- Innovative and creative thinking, excited by the opportunity to work with leading edge technologies.
- Must be a team player and keen to learn and develop new skills, ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills with strong interest in pursuing technical solutions and breakthroughs.

- A comprehensive 6-month On-The-Job training will be provided to equip the incumbent the necessary skillsets
- Remuneration will commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Ensure production parts are delivered with the right specifications and on time.
- Ensure that machines are well maintained and operated efficiently.
- Ensure effective work scheduling and planning.
