We are seeking an experienced Partner Development Manager with at least 5 years of experience in partner management, channel management, or a partnership role within a vendor in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing partnerships across the APAC region (China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, ASEAN, India, and ANZ) and driving business growth through effective partner strategies.

This role is responsible for managing and optimizing partner programs, improving partner performance, leading marketing initiatives, and ensuring effective partner enablement through training and certifications. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the Country Field Marketing Team, to drive lead generation and maximize business opportunities. Chinese-speaking capability is required to engage effectively with partners in key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Program Management: Manage and optimize partner programs to strengthen relationships and drive revenue growth across APAC. Understand and manage Partner’s program specific to Discounts, Rebates, Incentives and Marketing Development Fund.
  • Partner Performance: Monitor, analyze, and enhance partner performance to align with business objectives and ensure mutual success.
  • Marketing & Lead Generation: Collaborate with the Country Field Marketing Team to execute marketing strategies and generate leads that benefit partners and drive sales.
  • Enablement: Provide partners with the necessary tools, resources, and support to effectively sell and position our products and services.
  • Training & Certifications: Design and oversee partner training programs, ensuring partners are well-equipped with certifications and the knowledge required to deliver value.
  • Internal Team Alignment: Develop Partner Capability including Competency and differentiated Solution development. These goals and KPIs are shared and interlocked with all teams internally.

Votre profil

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partner management, channel management, or a partnership role within a vendor in the IT industry.
  • Proven experience managing partnerships across APAC (China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, ASEAN, India, and ANZ).
  • Strong knowledge of regional market dynamics, partner ecosystems, and business strategies. Ability to analyze partner performance and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Chinese-speaking capability is required to engage effectively with partners in key markets.
  • Proficiency in CRM and partner management tools is a plus.
