Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To cover all Tour Desk on specific rotating schedule assigned by Senior Customer Service Executive
  • In charge of building rapport and relationship with hotel concierges, front desk and hotel staff
  • To give guests Courtesy or service call 3 hours after flight lands and coordinate with driver as and when on duty in the office
  • Double check on departure details and arrange for airport transfers when needed
  • Manage tour desk on daily basis from 8am to 6pm
  • To submit daily sales report to Rasa Finance to capture daily sales and monitor on guests feedback and Complaints
  • Coordinate tours and liaise with transport for all pick up and drop arrangement
  • Collect payment as and when necessary
  • Report to Finance ones weekly to submit all cash collection & reconciliation for all Tour Desks
  • Invoice all bookings of tickets on the spot and tours on the following day
  • Upsell tours to guests if they do not have any pre-planned schedule
  • Handle and manage complains using the company’s SOP compliance
  • Submit report on every first week of the month for Tour Desk sales & other sales & claim matters
  • Basic Pay + Commission

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service or administrative experience preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills & Public Relations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous and Detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Time management skills
  • Knowledge of Singapore attractions & travel industry basics is a plus.
