As the HR Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your duties include managing HR documents, maintaining personnel records, and updating internal databases.


Responsibilities

  • Organise and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (HR software)
  • Create reports on HR metrics (e.g. attrition)
  • Manage employee relations and queries on HR-related issues
  • Manage stationery, uniform inventory
  • Assist the HR Manager in HR projects/events


Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Prior work experience as a HR Administrator or relevant role
  • Experience with HR software
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and Labour Laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Resourceful, good organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks
