Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a Manager, DCAS, you will be a key member of the DC Admin Support (DCAS) team, responsible for performing office administration duties to ensure that SG DCAS functions seamlessly and serves as a reference model for the Southeast Asia region DCAS.:
- Ensure a smooth day-to-day operations of administrative support functions across all data centre sites, including document control, reporting, procurement coordination, visitor management and logistics.
- Develop, implement and enforce standardized administrative procedures and policies to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
- Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for admin support staff, ensuring optimal coverage and productivity.
- Provide responsive support to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution of administrative matters.
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of operational reports, dashboards and documentation needed for audits, reviews or internal governance.
- Manage and optimize administrative tools and platforms, including overseeing user access and updates.
- Track operations budget, raise POs and support procurement activities in line with corporate policies.
- Ensure all admin records and documents are stored and maintained in accordance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and track real estate-related records, lease renewals, facility licenses and regulatory approvals to ensure timely compliance.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the admin support team by providing guidance on professional development, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative and service-oriented team culture.
- Assist with and engage in various ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Office Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a data centre facility or similar environment.
- Proven experience in team management, with the ability to lead a team efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling walk-in customers and meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Experience in office administration, procurement, real estate/property management, or soft facilities such as WSH, pest control, etc., will be advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to work at any of the company's data centre locations as assigned.
