Bank of Singapore is looking for a Digital Marketing specialist to help drive its digital marketing strategy and support its rapid business growth with a focus on lead generation. In this role, you will be part of the Digital Marketing Team and will work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to implement digital marketing efforts in the region. Main Duties
- Plan and execute all social media digital campaigns for Bank of Singapore’s to drive brand engagement and generate leads
- Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns on social media, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Generate social media campaign performance reports, understand analytics to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for planning and execution of campaigns
- Manage allocated campaign budget and ensure optimum deployment of budget
- Conduct social listening research and competitor benchmarking
- Create digital assets in different formats such as image, video and gif for campaigns
- Manage the Bank’s official social media channels including content curation and content calendar
- Manage the end-to-end lead management process by maintaining the lead database and track conversion
- Explore and onboard innovative solutions and digital marketing technology to improve digital marketing performance and experience
- 1-2 years of proven working experience in social / digital marketing including content marketing, social and digital ad campaigns to drive traffic, engagement and conversion
- Proficient in digital marketing campaigns - Online advertising on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
- Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, website analytics tools as well as the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Exceptional written / verbal skills and content development skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Software (i.e. Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Graphic Design will be an advantage
- Knowledge of website design, HTML5, UX is a bonus
- An independent, resourceful, result-oriented and analytical thinker
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Able to work closely with the internal and external teams to ensure timely execution
- Able to deliver under pressure
- Strong communication skills and positive can-do attitude
- Strong adaptability and a desire to pursue and grow your career in a dynamic working environment
