Assistant Engineer / Process Engineer (Junior/Entry Level ) Manufacturing Engineering / 5 days

General Purpose/Scope ( Full training provided)
Support in process improvements, customer returns, cycle time reduction and scrap
reduction initiatives.

Essential Job Duties
§ Work closely with Process/Manufacturing Engineer to monitor and improve the
process capability.
§ Ensure the scrap, production yield and cycle time reduction targets are met.
§ Review process issues, NCR and conduct failure analysis.
§ Updating of Manufacturing work instructions/routers.
§ Participate in cross-functional teams on various improvement projects.
§ Conduct Evaluations/Special Build Request.
§ Support QA for failure analysis and identification of corrective action for customer
returns and internal CAR’s.
§ Preparation of the failure analysis report on customer return parts.

Education & Training
o Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering

( Full training provided)

(Junior/Entry Level ) Manufacturing Engineering welcome
